Terms of Service
Please Read
By purchasing a commission from me, you are agreeing to abide by the following conditions below:
General
I am a casual freelance artist who has a frequently changing availability due to work or family related matters.
I work full-time alongside working on commissions, so I generally will stick to working on art after work hours or on weekends.
You MUST be 16+ to order a Safe For Work (SFW) commission from me, and I may ask for you to provide ID to prove your age If I have suspicions of you being younger than 16.
You MUST be 18+ to order a Not Safe For Work (NSFW) commission from me and I may ask for you to provide ID to prove your age if I have suspicions of you being younger than 18.
Any failure to provide ID or if you are found to be lying, you will be automatically blacklisted and you will no longer be able to order any kind of commission from me, even if you become old enough to do so. These age restrictions are to protect me from scams or chargebacks from angry parents and of course, to follow laws around the creation and distribution of NSFW content, as only adults are allowed to access this content and especially, to commission art of it.
Colour palettes may be altered slightly on your design to fit my style, or if you provide a character with pure white/black markings.
Payment
Full payment must be sent before your commission is started.
All payments are through PayPal Invoice or Bank Transfer (Australian commissioners only) and are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
You may need to pay extra for complicated/complex character designs, or certain outfits, which will be discussed with you during the payment process.
Turnaround Time
The amount of time it takes to complete a commission depends on your place in the commission queue. The further back you are, the longer it takes. The longest you should have to wait is a couple of months (I’m working on keeping the turnaround time to a minimum)
I have a public queue on Trello for anyone to view, so you can have a general idea of how long it will take for me to start your commission. Everything on Trello is in order of payment times, which is the order in which I work on commissions. Sometimes there are exceptions for rush orders or events in which I need to move other commissions to the front of the queue.
Your commission should take less than a week to complete after it has been started, unless it is a full scene, in which case it can take longer due to complexity/detail work. I will discuss any issues I may have during the commission process if it will delay the finished artwork.
Refunds
Refunds need to be discussed with me personally, I will not tolerate undisclosed Paypal chargebacks. Any undisclosed PayPal chargebacks will result in you being permanently blacklisted from commissioning artworks from me in future. I am more than okay with applying any alterations to your commission, so that you can receive a finished artwork that you are happy with.
DO NOT order a commission if you do not/may not have the money to pay for your commission.
If you are in need of money in an emergency and you have proof to say the money is going towards it, you may be offered a full/partial refund depending on how far into the artwork process I am. Once the artwork is full rendered, no refund can be provided.
Process
The general process for commissions is as follows:
Idea/Character/Pose discussion with the client
The first sketch is sent for approval
Any changes are made that have been requested/sent again for approval
Line-art is drawn
Colouring is drawn
Rendering is drawn
Final approval from the client before completion/final details
Please note that asking for multiple changes throughout the commission process may add a fee to the commission price, below are the rules in place related to editing requests, and how many can be made at a specific point in the process before fees apply. Any changes in relation to mistakes I have made will not be included, such as forgetting a marking or piece of jewelry.
3 major changes can be made to the sketch (pose changes, outfit changes, etc.)
3 minor changes can be made to the linework (eye shapes, mouth expression, ear position, small outfit changes)
2 minor changes can be made to the colours (outfit colours, jewelry colours, etc)
Changes made to the rendering, other than minor edits, will incur a larger fee (Anything in relation to changes in lighting direction, background lighting, etc) small fixes are okay to ask for.
Any requests for changes outside these set amounts will require a discussion around the fees that will apply if said changes are made. It is important to consider that once the sketch is approved, making major changes takes more time than fixing it early on.
Posting/Reposting/Credit
I will post most commissions I complete, besides pixel icons, since posting them individually is quite inconvinient due to the large volume of them I complete in a short period of time. If not stated prior, I may post your commission to any of the following sites:
Twitter/X @MonsterFennec
Deviantart @MonsterFennec
Instagram @monsterfennec
Discord @monsterfennec
Toyhouse @MonsterFennec
If for any reason you want your commission not to be posted, or if you would like to stay anonymous in the post, you must state this before the commission is completed. It is a hassle having to reupload or takedown posts because you did not mention you wanted it to stay private. I also have the ability to choose not to post a commission for any reason, so If your commission is not posted by me, I will not post it if asked. If you would like to post your commission, even if I have not chosen to post it on my accounts, you may do so with the required credit. You may only repost/upload your commission to the following sites listed earlier, and you must mention/include my @ in your post. When posting on discord, you can link any of my accounts or @ me if we are in a shared discord server or group.I normally watermark all of my artworks before posting them, if you would like the unwatermarked version to use personally, please request this towards the end of the commission process. If you are posting the image publically, the watermark must be visible, not cropped out or removed.
About me

'Its a Monster Fennec!' April 6 2020
Hi there! My name is Georgia, better known as MonsterFennec by the artistic community. I'm an Australian, Furry artist! I have been working as an independent illustrator since 2016. I have been drawing in my free time for as long as I can remember, with drawings of mine dating back to when I was 7 years old. I first began drawing digital art around 2014 after I was given a Wacom Tablet for my 12th birthday, but only began using it seriously around late 2015. I started with using MS Paint, then transitioned to using Krita a year later, and finally settled with Paint Tool SAI which is my current art program of choice. My inspiration for drawing first came from my fascination for animals, particularly horses, dogs, and mythical beings such as dragons. This led to my involvement in many different communities and fandoms, starting with My Little Pony as a kid. I also began discovering what's called as 'Let's Plays', which grew my interest in games. I began drawing art for many different games such as the Five Nights At Freddy's franchise and Undertale. As I grew up watching many different Let's Plays, my love for game design and character design grew, and I have been interested in being involved in the creation of games, more specifically the character design and modeling side of games, as character design and illustrating is my specialty. I since studied at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment for my double diploma in Game Art and Animation (Visual Arts and Screen & Media) and my advanced diploma in Professional Game Development.

'Trans Love' 2020
I was lucky enough to be shortlisted for the 2021 Top Arts Gallery, with only around 100 of over 1000 students in Victoria to be selected. This was a very special event in my life as my high school, Hoppers Crossing Secondary College, had only seen a few students manage to be shortlisted or even be featured in the gallery. I was another one of few added to that small list. As much as I would've loved to have my artwork hanging in the gallery, I am still grateful to have had such a meaningful image be considered in the first place. It features three individuals of different LGBT+ identities expressing their love and gratitude for one another, to show the tightly woven strength amongst the LGBT+ community.
